Really great experience there. The hotel with immaculate and fine rooms, in a nice enough area, to nearby restaurant where cooked breakfasts were available.

The double room was verynice and neat, contributing to a restful night's sleep. Staff were attentive. The breakfast options were limited, disappointing, especially for those with dietary restrictions. While there are plenty of shops nearby, the parking area felt a bit uninviting.

The family room was spacious, clean, and dog-friendly, which was a plus for us. Staff were lovely, but the carpets in the corridors needed attention, and the room felt a bit cold at first. Breakfast options could also be improved-a bit lackluster overall.

would book here again
The room was cozy with clean bathroom, shower, and tv. Nice electric kettle and cups for tea and coffee were provided. The carpeted floors were soft underfoot. Parking was easy with decent space available. The view was great, overlooking green areas. Lots of towels and toiletries supplied, too.

Families looking for decent value
The staff were very nice and the bed wassuper clean and cozy. I could help myself to coffee and juice whenever I wanted, which really made the start of each day easier.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but still acceptable.

Cozy, Cozy, Cozy
The room was clean and spacious, with the added bonus of free tea, coffee, and juice for that perfect pick-me-up. The friendly staff made it even better, especially Veronica, who ensured we had everything we needed, including a pet-friendly room!

Bringing warmth and comfort. The corridors were accessible, allowing easy movement. I appreciated the kettle in the room, perfect for enjoying a cozy cuppa in peace.
More comfortable seating in common areas would help.

Nice staff. The room was a bit cold and took a while to heat up. Easy access to local dining options. Carpets seem a bit worn and could use an upgrade.

Cozy stay with helpful staff
Spent a night here and it was cool! The staff were super friendly. Got extra pillows, a win for me. Room was spacious, great. Location? Easy peasy to get to the Antonine Wall. Only thing is, the sound from the pub next door was a bit loud at night.

The room was good size and super comfy beds, which we loved. Staff was really nice n helped us switch rooms quickly. Bathroom was super clean with all the stuff we needed. Overall a great experience, would def book again.
Only complaint was the noise from outside, and decor could use a refresh. The breakfast options were quite limited too.
